Making rr2.dev easier on the eyes
A cosmetic pass over rr2.dev: a sidebar table of contents, section dividers, clearer bullets, a favicon and a tidier homepage intro.
The About page on rr2.dev had grown into a wall of bullets. Today was mostly a cosmetic pass over the site.
What changed
- Sidebar table of contents. The About page and every post now pin a jump list beside the article on wide screens.
- Breathing room. Thin dividers between sections, roomier lists, and a different bullet for each nesting level.
- Homepage intro. One thought per line, with the links in bold so the eye catches them.
- Favicon. The browser tab now shows my profile picture.
- Links. A “Notes” entry in the menu, and links to other sites open in a new tab.
- Content. The About page gained career, projects, talks and working style sections.
